November Nor'Easter!

I thought the leaves were beginning to turn a pretty golden color on the trees that line the back of my yard so snapped a picture on Tuesday. They're on golf course property.

Before

I didn't really want to see the leaves up close so soon!

If you look beyond the fence you'll see the pond that develops during heavy rains. So far it hasn't entered my yard. It's ankle deep.

Water!

I'm staying in and knitting hats.

Wow, that is quite a pond! We have "Lake Miller" and "Miller River" that form in our front yard and back yard in weather like this. Isn't it perfect weather for knitting though. I'm filling up my hot water bottle tonight!

Wow, that's a lot of water! I'm getting so sick of the rain! I kind wish it was all snow....sure would be pretty!

No lakes in my yard, but a fence panel went down. The good news is I can now see the sheep!

Now if only my back yard neighbor's fence doesn't fall over anymore - it's leaning!!!
